Quattro lavoratori entrano in scena per fare il loro mestiere: sollevare, sostenere, riparare e ricominciare. Ma qui il lavoro è spettacolo e lo spettacolo è lavoro. Tra delirio e precisione, questi operai dell’assurdo affrontano una missione tanto chiara quanto impossibile: mantenere tutto in piedi… o lasciare che tutto crolli. Acrobazie e un umorismo feroce danno forma a un caos controllato, dove il lavoro diventa circo e la ripetizione resistenza. Una riflessione sulla bellezza di sostenere l’invisibile, sulla comunicazione e sull’importanza del lavoro di squadra come misura contro la marginalizzazione.

Four workers enter the stage to do their job: lift, support, repair, and start again. But here, work is performance and performance is work. Between delirium and precision, these absurd laborers face a mission as clear as it is impossible: to keep everything standing… or let it all collapse. Acrobatics and fierce humor shape a controlled chaos, where work becomes circus and repetition becomes resistance. A reflection on the beauty of sustaining the invisible, on communication, and on the importance of teamwork as a safeguard against marginalization.

Vier Arbeiter betreten die Bühne, um ihre Arbeit zu verrichten: heben, stützen, reparieren und neu beginnen. Doch hier ist Arbeit Show und Show ist Arbeit. Zwischen Delirium und Präzision stellen sich diese Arbeiter des Absurden einer ebenso klaren wie unmöglichen Mission: alles aufrechtzuerhalten … oder alles einstürzen zu lassen. Akrobatik und ein scharfer Humor formen ein kontrolliertes Chaos, in dem Arbeit zum Zirkus wird und Wiederholung zur Form von Widerstand. Eine Reflexion über die Schönheit des Unsichtbaren, über Kommunikation und über die Bedeutung von Teamarbeit als Maß gegen Marginalisierung.
